Fresh, lively, and full of character, Copenhagen Sparkling Tea “Lyserod” Rosé is the fruitiest and most intense version of the Sparkling Tea range by Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company. Completely alcohol-free and organic, it is made from a harmonious blend of 12 black tea, green tea (23% Oolong), white tea, and hibiscus, giving this cuvée a unique personality and a surprising natural rosé color. A little base of grape juice and lemon juice are then added to the tea selection. On the nose, it opens with notes of berries, red apples, blackberries, and hibiscus. On the palate, it is complex and pleasantly dry, thanks to the Oolong tea, but at the same time elegant and smooth, thanks to the Silver Needle white tea. A nice acidity and a fresh, dry finish make it perfect for pairing with tasty appetizers, Asian dishes, seafood, and oysters, or simply enjoying on its own as an aperitif.
