Description

So'Vive by Gérard Bertrand is a light and refreshing organic white wine, made from Sauvignon and Muscat Petit Grains. Naturally low in alcohol at 9.5%, without the use of dealcoholization, it embodies the freshness and convivial spirit of Mediterranean wines, offering intense aromatic notes and pleasant delicacy. In the glass, it shows a pale color with silvery reflections. On the nose, it reveals an intense and aromatic profile, with aromas of exotic fruits, white peach, and orange blossom typical of Muscat, enriched by citrusy and grapefruit notes from Sauvignon. On the palate, it is fresh and light, with a pleasant roundness, culminating in a sweet and refreshing finish. So'Vive by Gérard Bertrand is ideal as an aperitif or paired with light dishes, exotic salads, or mildly spiced cuisine. It’s the perfect wine for those looking for a lighter option without compromising on quality and taste. Best served well chilled, between 8 and 10°C, to fully enjoy its aromatic expression.
