The Champagne Belle Epoque is the symbol of the maison Perrier Jouet, it is a very intense vintage, of great elegance and crispness, aged on the lees in bottle for at least 60 months. This Champagne is produced with a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. It is presented in the glass with a beautiful straw yellow color, with greenish reflections and fine perlage. Its bouquet has floral and fruity hints, with notes of dried and fresh fruit, and apple on the finish. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, powerful, soft, creamy and enveloping, characterized by a fine and intense perlage and an excellent persistence. The Perrier Jouet’s Champagne Belle Epoque is an excellent wine to drink on important occasions, accompanied by tasty fish based appetizers or in combination with sushi.
