Description

The Nebbiolo “APAPA" of the Matteo Correggia winery was born from the project of the sons Giovanni and Brigitta to dedicate a wine to their father Matteo.
This wine is produced with Nebbiolo grapes, from a selection of old vines of the vineyard “La Val dei Preti”. Ceramic amphorae are used for fermenting and refining. The taste is pleasantly dry, warm and soft, elegant, fresh and characterized by velvety tannins. Its elegance and finesse make it an ideal wine to pair with the main meat courses of the Piedmontese tradition and aged cheeses.
