Langhe doc Sorriso Paolo Scavino 2020

The Langhe Sorriso of Paolo Scavino is a white wine with a great personality. It is product with Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier grapes. It has a straw yellow color and also an elegant floreal and fruity scent with white flowers, apple, yellow peach, melon and mineral notes.

The taste is harmonious and complex, persistent and with a typical sapidity due to Langa soil.

This wine must to be served cold, at 9/10° and it is a great aperitif; it combines perfectly with starter and first fish courses. 

This cave was founded by Lorenzo Scavino and his son Paolo in 1921 in Castiglione Falletto. The winery counts about 23 hectares of vineyards, that allow the cave to sell 120000 bottles every year. Nowadays the wines’ production is managed by Enrico Scavino, together with his two daughters. The Scavino’s winery is known for its care and attention and for the belief that the viticulture is more important than the oenology. The wines distinguish themselves for the purity, the elegance and the twine of traditions and territories.
