This Ultra Brut Champagne wine has been first produced in 1980 thanks to the idea of Bernard de Nonancourt, that decided to inspire himself to the “Dosage Zero” Champagne wines produced from the cave in the 19th century. This Champagne wine is produced without the add of sugar and it owns a straw yellow colour with evident golden reflexes. Its smell includes elegant, soft, fruited and floral aroma of linden, white peach, vanilla, yeast and bread crust, while its taste is really intense and fresh. Thanks to its balance, this wine is perfect if served as fresh appetizer, or it combines perfectly with some platters based on fish.
The winery was established in 1812 and presently it is one of the most known for the Champagne production. The wine produced in this cave is result of a particular will: to satisfy the exigencies of the many customers, that look for new tastes and pleasures.
