Chardonnay doc Marco Felluga 2021

Chardonnay by Marco Felluga is a 100% Chardonnay wine with an intense and expressive organoleptic profile. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand to keep them intact. In the glass, it is bright straw yellow with shiny golden shades. The nose is intense and crackling, with notes of yellow peach, tropical fruits, citrus and aromatic herbs. The sip is juicy, fresh and vertical, with a mineral and sapid aftertaste. Thanks to its excellent balance, Chardonnay by Marco Felluga is recommended with fish starters, seafood, fresh goat cheese.

Marco Felluga winery was established in 1860 in Istria. The region named Collio in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, has always been a territory consecrated to viticulture and wine-making. The family has been managing the famous winery and all its vineyards for more than 150 years. Thanks to Marco’s and Ilaria’s hard work, now the winery is made up of two different realities, always interconnected: Marco Felluga and Russiz Superiore estates. The latter is located in Capriva del Friuli: from those vineyards, the family makes the Selection, characterized by refinement and elegance.
