Alma Grande Cuvée Rosé Franciacorta docg Dosaggio Zero Bellavista

Alma Grande Cuvée Rosé Franciacorta docg Dosaggio Zero by Bellavista is a fresh and enveloping Franciacorta wine, characterized by elegance and refinement. It is made with 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir and all vineyards are at least 25 years old. The wine rests on its lees for at least 18 months. In the glass, it is peach rose with a subtle and persistent perlage. The bouquet is floral and Mediterranean, with hints of citrus, peach and pomegranate. The final note is sweeter and recalls white chocolate. The sip is delicate, fresh and sapid; the aftertaste is creamy and persistent. We recommend it with raw fish starters, sushi, seafood first courses and coquillages.

‘Understand the potentialities in order to reach the excellence’: this is the philosophy of Bellavista’s cave, that all along it has respected and expressed this idea. Bellavista cave takes the name from the hill, where it is situated: it looks out into the Iseo Lake and the Alpi. This winery rises in 1977 in Franciacorta for want of Vittorio Moretti, who decided to transform the familiar property in a little cave, where it was possible to produce wine. This last has an important value for Vittorio Moretti, it is a moment where the experience becomes a destination.
