Elegant and refined Rosé Champagne wine that distinguishes itself for its froth and its brilliant pink colour. Its bouquet is various and soft, characterized by fresh and fruited hints of little mixed berries and red fruit. This wine is endowed with freshness and good structure, at the same time it is endowed with balanced and persistent taste: thanks to its characteristics, this wine combines perfectly with refined salami, platters based on fish, fresh cheeses or medium seasoned ones, besides soft and white meats.

Manufacturer

The cave is situated in Epernay, in the centre of the Champagne region, and it was built thanks to Edmond Besserat in 1843. Since 150 years, this cave distinguishes for the production of high quality Champagne wines.
