The Sylvaner is produced with the grapes deriving from the 4 hectares of vineyards, characterized by a glacial, sandy and pebbly soil: from this characteristics a great wine derives, that has vegetal, light and floral perfumes, with hints of fields flowers, elderflower and gooseberry. The wine has a straw yellow colour, with green nuances, and a balanced taste, with its acidity. This kind of wine is perfect with starters and fish platters, smoked fish, eggs and salt cakes.
