Description

The Langhe Pinot Nero of Carlo Giacosa is a red wine of great personality that is an interesting expression of the cultivation of Pinot Noir in the hills of the Langhe area. Carlo Giacosa’s Pinot Noir has a beautiful intense ruby red color, while in the nose it develops a broad and fruity bouquet, with notes of red fruits such as cherry and marasca cherry, in addition to evident spicy hints. Quite soft, dry, round, in the mouth it has a good structure and balance and it confirms the fruity notes perceived to the nose. The Pinot nero of Carlo Giacosa winery  is perfect to drink in combination with red meat, cold cuts and medium aged cheeses.
