Pajè Barbaresco Riserva bty Produttori del Barbaresco is a typical, elegant Barbaresco wine, produced with grapes coming from “Pajè” territory, situated in the district of Barbaresco. In the past, "pajè" meant those vineyards close to the town centre. The colour is dark red, with orange nuances; the bouquet is really rich and complex. You can perceive scents of violet, wild rose, oriental spices and licorice. The taste is round, warm, persistent. Barbaresco Pajé perfectly matches with red meat, duck breast, game and seasoned cheeses.
