More info

Elegant wine with a ruby red colour with light nuances; it presents an intense and complex, but at the same time deep bouquet, with floral aroma of blackberries and raspberries, oriental spices, black pepper, licorice and wood. The taste is dry, with important tannins; furthermore, it is endowed with great persistence. It is perfect if drunk together with red meats, game, medium seasoned or seasoned cheeses, first platters typical of Piedmont’s tradition.

Manufacturer

The history of Andrea Oberto’s cave is very particular, but very interesting. Andrea Oberto was both a driver and a farmer: after many hours of work as driver, he managed to find his energy in order to cultivate the 3 hectares of vineyards, that he had inherited from his father. A part of grapes was sold to the social cave, and the other part was sold to private customers. Today the winery is bigger, because the hectares of vineyards are 16 and the wine is exported all over the world. Nowadays the cave is managed by Fabio, Andrea’s son, who engages looks for imitate his father, by carrying on the work of a special person.
