The Barolo Chinato of Fratelli Alessandria is a digestif obtained by adding to the Barolo wine spices and medicinal herbs according to an ancient recipe of the late nineteenth century. Characterized by an excellent perfume and balance, it is perfect to drink at the end of the meal in combination with dark chocolate.

The Damilano’s winery is one of the best-known historical cave of the territoty. The history of this cave started in 1890, when Giovanni Borgogno began to produce wine; later, Giovanni’s son-in-law, Giacomo Damilano, carried on the cave together with his sons, by working with passion and satisfaction. Nowadays Giacomo’s nieces, that represent the fourth generation, spend time in this familiar activity, by modernizing it and by appreciating the products that a similar soil can offer.
