Barolo Chinato Cocchi

The Barolo Chinato of Cocchi is a special meditation wine produced with the Barolo grapes, aromatized with bark of china calissaja, root of rhubarb, gentian and cardamom. It is characterized by a great equilibrium and a particular perfume, with a pleasant taste and a good aromatic persistence. It is perfect if drunk after meals or heated with an orange peel.

Cocchi is Bava's ownership by the end of the sixties, that renewed the business production and it restarted the Barolo Chinato Cocchi such as a cult product in Italy.
The Cocchi's same label is the Barolo Chinato's symbol in the world.
