More info

The Roero Riserva Valmaggiore of Valfaccenda is an elegant and complex red wine, produced with 100% of Nebbiolo grapes grown in a single vineyard, in the Audinaggio locality, within the Cru Valmaggiore in the Vezza d’Alba municipality. Due to the extreme slope of the vineyard, the grapes are harvested by hand when they reach a perfect degree of maturity. After aging one year in large barrels and two years in bottle, it shows a beautiful intense ruby red color while in the nose it expresses an elegant and complex bouquet, with notes of red fruit, blackberries and light spices. Rich and savory wine, in the mouth it has a good persistence and important and well balanced tannins. The Roero Valmaggiore di Valfaccenda is perfect to drink in combination with succulent first courses or with roasted or braised red meats.
