Sauvignon igt Jermann 2022

Sauvignon by Jermann is an elegant and fresh white wine, made with the best grapes of the winery, considered as one of the most famous companies all over the world. It is characterized by an intense straw yellow colour with greenish shades, The bouquet is fresh, fruity with floral notes of elder, mint, sage and green pepper. The sip is elegant and balanced. Sauvignon by Jermann is recommended with seafood, fish first courses and vegetables soups. 

In 1881 Anton Jermann, creator of this cave, decided to abandon the Austrian land of Burgenland and his estates in Slovenia, because he wanted to move to Friuli Venezia Giulia. Nowadays the cave is managed by Anton’s niece, Silvio, and the estate covers 150 hectares of white vineyards: the most important of them produces Vinnae, a type of wine created in 1983, that derives from the typical territory of Collio. Vinnae is a fresh and well-balanced wine, which respects all the characteristics of its soil. But the success of this winery derives from two kind of red wines , too: The Pignacolousse and the Mjzzu Blau&Blau.
