More info

The Viognier of Yarden is an Israele white wine, made with 100% Viognier grapes grown on the “Alture del Golan”, a volcanic plateau particularly suited to viticulture. Elegant and complex wine, it has a beautiful pale straw yellow color while in the nose it expresses a broad and complex bouquet, with fruity notes of peach, apricot, pear and white flower, with a slightly spicy background. This wine has a good body, in the mouth it is well balanced and endowed with a good crispness. The Viognier of Yarden winery is perfect to drink with spicy oriental courses, chicken curry, white meats and medium aged cheeses.

Yarden is one of the few winery that produces only kasher wines, that is wines which are authorized by the rabbis and so these kind of wines are drinkable by orthodox Jews, too. The vineyards occupy a locality that extends from the Galilee See to the Hermon Mount, those climate is really favourable to the vineyard’s culture.
