The Barbera d’Asti by Marcghesi di Gresy is wine with a classical style, that can be drunk daily: it shows a ruby red colour with yellow-crowned nuances, while the smell reveals an intense and various bouquet with perfumes of blackberry, blueberry and cherry. The taste is refined, and it is endowed with freshness, elegance and balance. The Barbera d'Asti by Marchesi di Gresy accompanies perfectly typical salami of Piedmont, fresh pasta with ragu and fresh cheeses.

Manufacturer

The estate Martinenga became property of the nobles Marchesi di Gresy in 1797: Alberto di Gresy spent his childhood in this building, by learning to appreciate that soil and its products. Alberto began the wines’ production of Tenuta Cisa Asinari of Gresy in 1973, starting from the lines, that at the beginning were used by other people, up to a real wines’ production.
Today the cave produces excellent wines that are exported in all the world.
