Chardonnay Sanct Valentin by St. Michael-Eppan winery is an intense white wine: it is produced entirely with carefully selected Chardonnay grapes and it is aged for 11 months in barriques. In the glass, it reveals a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish shades; It's an elegant and refined wine, and in the nose it develops intense and fruity aromas, with hints of ripe fruits, exotic fruits and finally vanilla . The mouthfeel is rich, fine, juicy, soft, fresh and sapid. Chardonnay Sanct Valentin by St. Michael-Eppan is recommended with a seafood risotto or mushroom main courses, grilled vegetables, aged cheese and slightly spicy courses.
