The Roccapesta winery was born in 1974 planting some native Tuscan vineyards: the Sangiovese and the Ciliegiolo. In 2003, the brothers Leonardo and Alberto Tanzini became the new owner of the domain, but the philosophy of the winery remains the same: "to produce great Tuscan wines". They planted new vineyards, including Alicante and Pugnitello and enlarged the cellar is.
