Enritard Roero Arneis docg Cornarea 2015

The Roero Arneis "Enritard" of  Cornarea winery is a fresh and fruity white wine aged in steel for 24 months. The aged Arneis of Cornarea shows a beautiful straw yellow color and the nose develops fruity and floral aromas, with some mineral notes. In the mouth it is fresh, well structured, complex and much more drinkable than a wine aged in barriques. This Arneis is perfect to taste in combination with fish courses or with grilled meat.

The cave is collocated at the door of Canale, a district in the area of the Roero, on the slopes of the historical and old hill of Cornarea, called in this manner since the year 1000. In the half 70s years, Piero Bovone and Francesca Rapetti decided to plaint again an old and almost dead white vineyard: the Arneis, that was recovered by the living lines in the Nebbiolo’s vineyards. Gian Nicola Bovone and the lawyer Pierfranco Bovone entered this cave and now they wanted to maintain the tradition and the quality of the Cornarea in the production of wines as Roero Arneis, Roero docg and Nebbiolo d’Alba.
