Roero docg Curs Bordone Giuseppe 2019

The Roero Curs of Giuseppe Bordone is a great red wine produced with selected Nebbiolo grapes, deriving from South vineyards: it owns a great character and personality, while its colour is a ruby red one, besides some nuances. The smell is fragrant and fruited, in addition to some scents of jams, spices, vanilla and licorice. It is a dry wine with a good structure, and it is perfect in combination with important platters based on meat, as roasts and braised beef or medium seasoned cheeses.

Bordone’s winery is able to underline the important potentialities of Roero grapes, a territory that presents excellent wines. Tradition and innovation are the key words of this cave, which is a family-run-business, and these are necessary elements of a process that starts from soil, from selection of good grapes, from effort and from hard work of the farmer.
