The Sangiovese Saggio of the Ciù Ciù winery is obtained by Sangiovese grapes grown organically on the hills of Offida and it’s subjected to a refinement of six months in bottle. Of an unmistakable purple red colour, at nose it exudes an intense and fruity bouquet, with pleasant fragrances of wild berries, blackberries and ripe cherries. An elegant and precise taste, persistent, with elegant tannins and a long final full of minerality characterize this Sangiovese wine. It is perfect to drink in combination with cured meats, roasted or grilled red meats and aged cheeses.

The Ciù Ciù winery was founded in 1970 in Offida, in the province of Ascoli Piceno by Natalino Bartolomei and his wife Anna. The winery, which nowadays extends for more than one hundred and fifty hectares, is a leader in the production of organic wines, obtained by grapes grown without the use of chemical additives and pesticides; even the caps are 100% eco-friendly and recyclable! With commitment and dedication, the Bartolomei family has obtained, for the first time in Italy, the certificate of "Vegan Vegetarian Quality".
