Série R.018 Champagne Brut Lallier

Champagne Lallier R.018 is a refined and elegant wine, made with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. Série R is the result of a deep reflexion on how to interpret a specific vintage. In detail, Cuvée R.018 is made up of 70% of 2018 year and 30% of previous vintages. In the glass, Champagne Lallier R.018 is bright and pale yellow with greenish and golden shades. The perlage is subtle and persistent. The nose is delicate, with scents of citrus, white fresh fruits, honey. The sip is elegant, structured, fresh and harmonic. The creamy texture enriches the aftertaste. We recommend it with crudités, raw fish, shellfish, fresh goat cheese.

Maison Lallier is located in Ay, one of the first municipalities of Champagne region classified as Grand Cru. René Lallier, husband of the heir of the family estate, founded the Maison in 1906. Since the Ninetees, René-James Lallier, nephew of the founder, made important renewals about the vinification process. During those years, the young oenologist Francis Tribaut worked with René for the first time to manage the vineyards. He worked as consultant until 2004 and then became the owner of the whole property with the iam of spreading and increasing its esteem. Nowadays, Maison Lallier counts about 400.000 bottles per year. each of them is characterized by the care and the highest quality during the production process, from the vineyards to the bottle.
