Franciacorta docg Brut Blanc de Blanc Nature Cavalleri Costellazione del Sagittario Bio

The Franciacorta Blanc de Blanc Nature by Cavalleri is an elegant sparkling wine, produced with 100% of selected Chardonnay grapes coming from vineyards situated on the hills around Erbusco. The froth is white and of good persistence, while the colour is straw yellow with evident green reflexes. Its smell is fresh, together with elegant, soft, floral and fruited aroma, in addition to hints of linden, white peach, vanilla, in perfect balance with those of yeast and bread crust. The taste is instead intense and crisp, characterized by pleasantly freshness and persistence. Thanks to its elegance and balance, the Franciacorta Blanc de Blanc Nature by Cavalleri is perfect if served as fresh appetizer or in combination with different preparations based on fish. The peculiarity of this edition is to have the constellation of Sagittarius represented on its label.

Already in the far 1400 Cavalleri family was owner of lots of territories in Erbusco, in Lombardy.Only in 1968 the cave began to label wines, and in the same year it began to be managed by Gian Paolo and Giovanni Cavalleri; they build a new cave, by introducing more innovative productive means and above all they were able to produce Franciacorta wines. Today, this cave is managed by Giovanni’s daughters: the present purpose is to produce wines with an inimitable style.
