More info

The Barolo “Cannubi” of the Rinaldi Francesco & Figli winery is produced with Nebbiolo grapes grown in the prestigious “cru” Cannubi in the district of Barolo. It is an austere wine, with a classic style that can be aged to enhance its characteristics. The name Cannubi was indicated on the label for the first time in 1752, before the birth of the official denomination. It has a ruby red color, with garnet reflexes that tend to orange after a few years of aging. Its bouquet is floral and fruity, with scents of cherry and ripe strawberry, plums, noble spices and withed flowers. The taste is austere, well balanced, with a good freshness and persistence. It is excellent to drink as an accompaniment to meat dishes such as roasts and game, and seasoned cheeses.
