More info

Barolo Brea Vigna Ca' Mia by Brovia is made with grapes harvested in a single vineyard at 300 meters above the sea level. The soil is rich in clay and limestone, and this is one of the most representative expressions of Serralunga terroir.   In the glass it is semi-transparent garnet red. The bouquet is complex and various, with hints of red berries, humus, aromatic herbs and blonde tobacco. The sip is full-bodied, intense, with a persistent tannic texture. Barolo Brea Vigna Ca' Mia by Brovia is recommended with veal roasts, braised red meat, game and matured cheese. Its ageing potential is exceptional.

Manufacturer

The Brovia winery was founded in Castiglione Falletto in 1863 and it’s one of the oldest reality of the Langhe hills. All the grapes come from their own vineyards, located in different hills of Barolo and cultivated following biological methods. All phases of viticulture are followed scrupulously; after ageing in the cellar, the wine is bottled without filters in order to keep better its characteristics connected to the "terroir". Expanding the winery, entering new markets and ... "Always improving!": these are the purposes that have Elena and Cristina Brovia, who are leading the company today.
