In the sixties his son Bartolo, ex-partisan and mayor of Barolo, went into business; he increased the wine production without modifying the way to make wine of his father. Today the winery is managed by his daughter Maria Teresa, which produces only one label of Barolo. Bartolo Mascarello winery is a legendary name of Barolo, its wine became part of the Italian history of the winemaking and is known worldwide.
