It has a fine and persistent perlage, a straw yellow color with green shades. The aroma is fresh and intense, with notes of apple, white peach, litchi and melon; it also has typical scents of bread crust, yeast and mountain butter. The taste is intense and equilibrate, dry and sapid, with a great freshness.
