Dolcetto d'Alba doc Agricola Brandini 2015

The Dolcetto d’Alba of Brandini winery is a good balanced wine that come from vineyards on the La Morra hills.

On viev it shows with a beautiful ruby red colour with purple nuances, while the smell is persistent and plesant with fruity notes of cherry and raspberry.

The flavor is rich and smooth, fresh and enjoyable from the beginning with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

This wine is excellent in combination with vegetable soup, mixed boiled meats and medium aged cheeses.

The winery Brandini is located in La Morra, while its property vineyards stretch to more than14 hectares across la Morra and Serralunga hills, in the earth of the production area of the Barolo wine. This is a young winery, that have produced great Langa wines respecting traditions for over 25 years. One of the fundamental priciples of this winery is the respect of the environment: in fact, the  vineyards cultivation has been made with biological methods for years, without using herbicide and  synthetic chemicals products.
