Elegant Nebbiolo wine with a yellow-crowned colour and an intense, persistent smell with fruited and floral hints that remember blueberries and strawberries, besides spices. The taste is dry, warm and soft with scents of freshness. Its elegance makes it perfect if accompanied with tagliolini and sausage sauce, ravioli, platters based on red meats and medium seasoned cheeses.

In 1976, Domenico Clerico began to appoach to the world of wine. During those years, Domenico's father cultivated vineyards which he later sold to the Barolo Cooperative Winery. In 1981, Domenico decided to purchase a new plot of land, as at that time it was much more advantageous to vinify grapes:in this way he began to expand the company. Today, Domenico Clerico Winery is one of the most renowned in Piedmont, with approximately 21 hectares of vineyards producing a total of 110,000 bottles annually. The estate-owned vineyards are located in some of the best crus of the Barolo production area, including the Ginestra cru, the source of some of their most prestigious wines. The production philosophy is characterized by a balance between tradition and innovation, always striving to produce wines that best express the character of the territory and the grape variety. Vinification is carried out using modern methods and state-of-the-art equipment, but with a profound respect for traditional techniques. Wines produced by Domenico Clerico Winery are renowned for their elegance, complexity, and longevity. From Barolo to other varieties such as Dolcetto and Barbera, each wine reflects the passion that characterizes the work of the estate.
