Roero Arneis Perdaudin by Negro Angelo e Figli is an intense white wine with the typical straw yellow color. The nose is intense and fruity, with scents of white flowers, orange flowers, pineapple and pear. The sip is structured, with great freshness and sapidity, and a long aftertaste. To be served fresh as drink before dinner or in combination with typical pimontese starters, vegetables lasagna and medium aged cheese.
The cave is settled on the Roero’s hills, in Monteu Roero, and it is collocated in a favourable position for the vineyards’ plantation. The winery was established by Giovanni Domenico Negro in the far 1670: at the time Giovanni had a big country house in the locality of Sant’Anna. In the course of the time the cave has developed and it has begun to increase: in fact today the wine makers work on a surface of 45 hectares of vineyards. Nowadays the cave is able to combine tradition and modernity, by earning excellent results.
