Valdobbiadene docg Millesimato Dry Col Vetoraz 2019

Elegant, refined and refreshing sparkling wine produced in the well-known Valdobbiadene area, it presents a shiny straw yellow colour with green reflexes and a refined and strong perlage. The smell of it reveals scents of white peach, pear and apple, white flowers as chamomile or jasmine. This savory wine is dry, exquisite and lightly aromatic. It’s perfect as aperitif or in combination with shellfish starters, mussels risotti and fine Mediterranean courses.

The Valdobbiadene Prosecco is produced by this cave on the hills between Valdobbiadene and Cornegliano, in the area of Treviso. This kind of wine is very old and it goes back up the previous period of the Roman colonization. In 1838 Miotto family settled in the Col Vetoraz locality, by developing a production of Valdobbiadene and Cartizze. In 1993 Francesco Miotto, the heir of this family, has created, together with other three businessman, the present Col Vetoraz. Nowadays this cave is famous in the whole world, especially for the production of Valdobbiadene, that is its peculiarity.
