Sauvignon Blanc “Vigna Cantanghel” Maso Cantanghel 2019

The Sauvignon Blanc "Vigna Cantanghel" of Maso Cantanghel is a rich and fragrant white wine produced with grapes grown with organic methods in a single vineyard called "Vigna Cantanghel" at 500 m over the sea overlooking a ravine overlooking the river Fersin. The Sauvignon Blanc "Vigna Cantanghel" shows a beautiful straw yellow color, with greenish reflections; the nose develops an intense bouquet, floral and fruity, with notes of rose, flowers and herbs, white peach and mango. Very pleasant and balanced to the taste, soft, full bodied and well structured, the Sauvignon Blanc Vigna Cantanghel is perfect to drink in combination with seafood, shellfish and risotto with vegetables.

Maso Cantanghel is a small organic winery located on the hills of Trento, near Civezzano. Currently the vineyards of the property extend for about 6 hectares, arranged on 3 different vineyards between the Valsugana and Val di Cembra. The company is now headed by the oenologist Federico Simoni, who with the help of his father Lorenzo, manages the business; he is trying to enhance the typicality of the territory and to get the best from each bunch, using organic farming methods and manual harvesting.
