The Chardonnay Sanct Valentin of St. Michael-Eppan winery is an intense white wine: it is produced entirely with carefully selected Chardonnay grapes and it is aged for 11 months in barrique. The Chardonnay Sanct Valentin of St. Michael-Eppan shows a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish reflections; in the nose it develops intense and fruity aromas, with hints of ripe fruit, exotic fruit and a hint of vanilla. The mouthfeel is rich, fine, juicy, soft, fresh and savory. The Chardonnay Sanct Valentin of St. Michael-Eppan goes perfectly with a good seafood or mushroom risotto, grilled vegetables, aged cheeses and slightly spicy courses.
