­­The Oratorio of San Lorenzo of Inama winery is a well structured red wine with a great intensity that is produced only in the best vintages with over-ripe Carmenere grapes, cultivated in vineyards of property located in the discrict of San Germano dei Colli Berici. It has a beautiful, intense carmine red color. Its bouquet is spicy and fruity with scents of dark berries, berries, spices and black pepper. Thanks to an aging of 18 months in barriques, in the mouth it is intense, complex, well rounded and persistent. The Oratorio of San Lorenzo of Inama winery is a perfect wine to drink in combination with main courses of roasted or braised meats, game and aged cheeses.

The Inama winery was founded by Giuseppe Inama, who has invested in vineyards on Mount Foscarino, considered the most prestigious hill in territory of Soave, since the 1950s. The philosophy of the company can be summarized as follows: Production of wines that express the different aspects of the territory; Respect for nature and soil using a biological approach; Continuous improvement in the search for perfection. The current owner of the farm is Stefano Inama, who today is considered one of the most authoritative producers in the world of Italian wine.
