The Oratorio of San Lorenzo of Inama winery is a well structured red wine with a great intensity that is produced only in the best vintages with over-ripe Carmenere grapes, cultivated in vineyards of property located in the discrict of San Germano dei Colli Berici. It has a beautiful, intense carmine red color. Its bouquet is spicy and fruity with scents of dark berries, berries, spices and black pepper. Thanks to an aging of 18 months in barriques, in the mouth it is intense, complex, well rounded and persistent. The Oratorio of San Lorenzo of Inama winery is a perfect wine to drink in combination with main courses of roasted or braised meats, game and aged cheeses.
