The Sauvignon Vulcaia of Inama winery is a white wine produced with carefully selected Sauvignon grapes harvested by hand in vineyards located in the disctrict of Monteforte d'Alpone and Soave, in the province of Verona. Vulcaia, one of the first wines produced by the Inama winery, is a very special wine: it is the expression of Sauvignon grapes grown for the first time on a soil of volcanic origin. The Sauvignon Vulcaia of Inama has an intense yellow color while at the nose it is floral with citrus fragrances. The taste is fruity with the same citrus fragrances, with a nice acidity and minerality, and long and persistent ending. The Sauvignon Vulcia of Inama is perfect if drunk in combination with roasted rabbit, asparagus omelettes, oysters or with a classic seafood risotto.
