Pian dei Sogni is made from carefully selected Brachetto grapes, naturally dried to concentrate aromas and sugars, resulting in an elegant and highly expressive sweet wine. In the glass, it shows a beautiful cherry-red color with garnet reflections and excellent clarity. The bouquet is rich and enveloping, with notes of withered rose, forest fruits, cherries in brandy, and delicate spicy nuances. On the palate, it is sweet yet balanced, with a pleasant freshness that makes it harmonious and never cloying. The finish is long, aromatic, and persistent. Brachetto Passito Pian dei Sogni is a wine for meditation and dessert, perfect when paired with hazelnut cakes, chocolate sweets, petit pastries, and shelled nuts.
