The Langhe Nebbiolo by Ettore Germano is an excellent red wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes grown on the hills around Serralunga d'Alba. Afetr a short period of aging in steel, the wine shows a nice ruby red color and an intense and composite bouquet, floral with hints of fresh fruit, cherry and violet. The taste is well structured and persistent, fresh and with a tannic ending. The Langhe Nebbiolo by Ettore Germano goes very well with piedmontese appetizers, cold cuts, meat stews and cheeses.
