Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks, followed by long aging in large Slavonian oak casks. In the glass, it reveals an intense and deep garnet red. The bouquet is complex and juicy, constantly evolving, with notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, ripe cherry, and a hint of violet.
