In the ward of Muscadet, a place characterized by beautiful hills and level ground, the Melon of Bourgogne has found its natural environment, where the Muscadet is produced. This kind of wine is a fresh and clean one, with citrus fruits’ and unripe apples’ hints, while the taste has a great and fresh structure. This wine is perfect if served as appetizer or in alternative in combination with sea food, shrimps, sea fish and oysters. Eventually it is also good with goat cheeses.
