Alghero Torbato doc Terre Bianche "Curvée 161" Sella&Mosca 2017

The Curvée 161 is a white wine made by Torbato grapes, a Sardinian local vine variety with ancient origins which is cultivated in the heart of the Terre Bianche, that are terrain rich of limestone. It is an elegant and complex wine, with a floral and delicate bouquet, with notes of white flowers, ripe fruits and herbs. The Torbato "Terre Bianche Cuvée 161" it is a white wine characterized by a pale yellow color in the glass, with golden reflexes.  Soft, sapid and mineral it is perfect if combined with first or second courses of fish.

More than one age has passed since the two Piedmontese founders improved the Sella&Mosca’s land. The most prestigious production of Sardinian wines began with the transformation of pastureland in fertile vineyards. The respect for the place and for the wine culture, the attachment for the soil and for the tradition are the values transmitted by Sella and Mosca.
