Barolo Prapò by Ceretto is 100% Nebbiolo harvested in some vineyards between Baudana and Serralunga d'Alba, south/south-east oriented. The hills are 270 to 380 meters high and the soil is typically rich in loam and clay. These components give refined strength to wines. Prapò Barolo is bright ruby red with maroon shades. The nose is wide with scents of rose, spices and cherry. The sip is intense, balanced and round. Try it with complex courses such as lamb with roasted potatoes.

The cave is situated in Alba, in San Cassiano locality: today this winery is managed by Bruno and Marcello, who are supported by a new generation, made up of Alessandro, Federico, Lisa and Roberta. Recently this team has had a great idea: they have abandoned every chemical product, in order to reach the grapes’ healthiness.
