Langhe Riesling doc Poderi Colla 2019

The Langhe Riesling of Poderi Colla is a white wine produced with Renano Riesling grapes, grown on the gentle hills around Alba. With an excellent aging potential, this wine has a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish reflections. In the nose it develops a complex and elegant bouquet, mineral, almost citrus with notes of white flowers and mountain flowers. The taste is complex, with a good acidity and a long and persistent finish. The Langhe Riesling of Poderi Colla, thanks to its freshness, is particularly suitable to drink in combination with appetizers based on fish, such as scallops or mussels au gratin or with octopus and potato salad.
