More info

Champagne wine of high quality that derives from the union of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Meunier grapes, coming from 30 different vineyards. The result of this join is an excellent Champagne wine characterized by an elegant and refined style. Its froth is white and it includes a great persistence, while it presents a straw yellow colour with some green reflexes. Its perfume is fresh, in addition to some elegant and soft aroma of linden, white peach and vanilla, together with those of honey, almond, yeast and bread crust. The taste of it is intense and fresh, at the same time persistent. Endowed with elegance and balance, this wine is perfect if served as fresh appetizer, and it can accompany different preparations of fish, besides other types of fish.
