Langhe Riesling doc Ca' del Baio 2021

Producing a Riesling was a great desire of Grasso Giulio, the owner of the Cà del Baio winery. Produced for the first time in 2011, the Langhe Riesling of Cà del Baio shows a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish reflections; the aroma is aromatic and intense with fruity notes of exotic fruit. The taste is dry, delicate, elegant, characterized by a good balance between acidity and flavor. The Langhe Riesling of Cà del Baio is perfect to drink with summer starters, baked fish and cottage cheeses.

The Grasso family manages the Cà del Baio winery for four generations. Nowadays the company is managed by Giulio and Luciana, together with his daughters Paola, Valentina and Federica, who with passion and experience play different roles, from work in the countryside, in the cellar and up to the marketing of wines. Cà del Baio winery owns 28 hectares of vineyards in the area of Barbaresco and Treiso, both with typical Piedmont vine variety and with vine variety of international origin.
