The Roero Riserva "Carlinot" of the Cascina Lanzarotti winery is a red wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes grown on the hills of Monteu Roero. The wine shows an intense ruby red color; with a rich and fruity bouquet, the nose develops notes of violet, blackberry in addition to light hints of vanilla. Characterized by an excellent structure, soft tannins and a rich and persistent ending, the "Carlinot" of Cascina Lanzarotti is excellent to be enjoyed with important courses, such as game, braised and roasted meats or seasoned cheeses.
