Involving and complex white wine, made by a blend of 58% Sauvignon Blanc and 42% Semillon, in the glass it shows a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The bouquet is fresh and complex, with hints of green lime, lemon sorbet, cucumber and wisteria flowers. With a fresh, intense, fruity and floral taste it is characterized by a good persistence. Its good acidity and freshness are due to the fact that the grapes are harvested in the early hours of the morning to take advantage of the cooler temperatures. This white wine of Cape Mentelle is perfect to drink with first courses of fish or oysters.
